SmartEAR® can be deployed within minutes. The device is simply positioned at the designated measurement point, activated – and it promptly commences the acquisition and analysis of ambient acoustic data.

The Li-metal cell (hereinafter referred to as battery) within the SmartEAR® offers an operational lifespan of up to 9 years, contingent upon usage patterns and environmental factors. This extended duration obviates the need for labor-intensive routine battery replacements, ensuring the device's reliable performance over an extended period.
As the battery is not permanently integrated, it can be replaced when required, eliminating the need to replace the entire unit. Consequently, SmartEAR® represents a low-maintenance and sustainable solution for leak detection.
