Registration:
Registrations must be submitted in writing and signed. Required information: Name and address of the participant and employer, whether traveling by train or car, single or double room, and arrival and departure dates. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received and confirmed in writing by us. The number of participants is limited. The data provided with the registration will be stored in accordance with data protection regulations.
Travel Information We recommend that you arrive at your hotel one day before the training begins. If you will be arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please notify the hotel in advance (by phone).
Drivers
: You will receive directions with your hotel confirmation.
Air travelers
The nearest airport is Nuremberg. From there, take the subway or a taxi to the train station (about 45 min.) and travel to Bamberg (take a taxi to the hotel). Or: Fly to Frankfurt. Trains depart every hour from the airport’s long-distance train station to Würzburg; from there, you can connect to Bamberg (take a taxi to the hotel).
Rail travelers
Buy your ticket to Bamberg and take a taxi to your hotel.
Bus Transfer Our contracted company operates the bus service between the training hotel and the training location. Please check the schedule.
Confirmation
Once you receive this confirmation, your registration becomes binding. You will receive the invoice for the registration fee separately. Payment is due immediately upon receipt.
Hotel Unless you have any specific requests, we will make a hotel reservation for you in Bamberg at your expense. We will provide you with the address about a week before the training begins.
Food & Drink
Included in the seminar fee are: beverages, snacks, and lunch, as well as gatherings on select evenings where you can exchange ideas and discuss topics with fellow professionals (see program).
Liability We are liable only to the extent provided by law, and under no circumstances outside our company premises.

What to Bring
Since our specialized training courses also include hands-on training in the field and on our test tracks, we strongly recommend that you bring rain gear and sturdy shoes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment. Otherwise, we will provide the equipment needed for the exercises.
Registration deadline
Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, or no later than 4 weeks before the start of training (as of the date we receive your registration).
Services: Training participation, training materials, lunch, snacks during breaks, bus transfer to and from the training hotel, invitation to evening events with a cultural program, free parking on the SebaKMT company premises.

All training materials provided are intended solely for the participant's personal use. Reproduction is permitted only with the authorization of SebaKMT.
Changes
SebaKMT reserves the right to make changes to the organization and content for important reasons.
Your cancellation
Cancellation of the training must be made in writing and is free of charge if submitted in a timely manner. If you cancel later than two weeks before the start of the training, we must charge a cancellation fee equal to half the training fee. If we receive your cancellation later than one week before the start of the training, or if a registered participant does not show up for the training, the full fee is due. Any cancellation fees incurred by the hotel must be paid by you
. We do not charge any fees for substitute participants.
Cancellation Policy: If the number of participants is too low or for other urgent reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the training session, even on short notice. In such cases, any training fees already paid will, of course, be refunded in full. Any further claims for damages are excluded.
Photographs and Video Recordings
Photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings will be made during the event and published in various online and offline media. These recordings will include images of people in attendance, with individuals selected at random. The images will be displayed on the SebaKMT® website, in print media, and on social media channels. By entering the event venues, participants consent to the publication, free of charge, in the manner described above, as well as to the distribution and/or storage for an unlimited period of time and the making available of the recorded image, audio, and video material as part of Megger®/SebaKMT®’s public relations activities. Personal rights will be protected in all cases. Should a participant, in an individual case, not consent to the publication of their likeness, we ask that they notify the event organizers immediately.
