Registration
Registrations must be made in writing and signed. Details: Name and address of participant and employer, arrival by train or car, single or twin room, arrival and departure date. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received and confirmed by us in writing. The number of participants is limited. The data associated with the registration will be stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
Arrival
We recommend arriving at your hotel one day before the start of training. Arrival later than 18.00 hrs must be communicated in advance (by telephone).
Drivers
You will receive directions with the hotel notification.
Air travelers
The nearest airport is Nuremberg. From there, take the subway or a cab to Bamberg (approx. 45 min.) (cab to the hotel). Or: Fly to Frankfurt. From the airport long-distance train station there is a train to Würzburg every hour, from there you have a connection to Bamberg (by cab to the hotel).
Rail travelers
Buy your ticket to Bamberg and take a cab to your hotel.
Bus transfer
Our contracted company travels between the training hotel and the training venue. Please note the timetable.
Confirmation
Your registration becomes binding upon confirmation. You will receive a separate invoice for the participation fee. This is due immediately upon receipt.
Hotel
Unless you have expressly requested otherwise, we will make the hotel reservation for you in Bamberg at your expense. We will inform you of the address approximately one week before the start of the training.
Food & drink
The seminar price includes drinks, snacks and lunch: Drinks, snacks and lunch as well as meetings on selected evenings where you can exchange ideas and discuss with colleagues (see program).
Liability
We are only liable within the scope of the statutory provisions, under no circumstances outside our company premises.
Costs
See schedule and price overview (hotel costs are not included, they must be paid directly to the hotel by the participant).
What to bring
As our specialist training courses also include practical training in the field and on our test tracks, we strongly recommend rainwear and sturdy shoes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment. Otherwise we will provide training equipment.
Registration deadline
After the full number of participants has been reached, at the latest 4 weeks before the start of training (receipt by us).
Services
Training participation, training documents, lunch, refreshments during breaks, bus transfer to and from the training hotel, invitation to evening events with cultural evening program, free parking on SebaKMT premises.

Changes
SebaKMT reserves the right to make organizational and content-related changes for important reasons.
Your cancellation
Cancellation of training must be made in writing and is free of charge if it is made in good time. If you cancel later than two weeks before the start of training, we will charge a cancellation fee of half the training fee. If we receive a cancellation later than one week before the start of training or if a registered participant does not show up for training, the entire fee is due. Cancellation costs incurred by the hotel must be borne by you
. We do not charge any fees for substitute participants.
Our cancellation policy
We reserve the right to cancel training at short notice if the number of participants is too low or for other urgent reasons. In this case, any training fees already paid will of course be refunded in full. Further claims for damages are excluded.
Photographs and film recordings
Photographs, sound recordings and film recordings will be made at the event and published in various online and offline media. These recordings are linked to the pictorial representation of persons present, whereby the selection of persons is random. The images are displayed on the SebaKMT® homepage, print media and social media channels. By entering the event rooms, the participant consents to the free publication in the above manner and distribution and/or unlimited storage and accessibility of the recorded image, sound and film material as part of the public relations work of Megger®/SebaKMT®. Personal rights shall remain protected in all cases. Should the participant not agree to the publication of his/her person in individual cases, we request that he/she inform those responsible for the events immediately.
