Participation information (terms and conditions) Seminars

Registration
Registrations must be made in writing and signed. Information required: Name and address of participant and employer, arrival by train or car, single or double room, arrival and departure dates. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received and confirmed by us in writing. The number of participants is limited. The data provided with the registration will be stored in accordance with data protection regulations.

Arrival
We recommend arriving at your hotel one day before the start of training. If you plan to arrive later than 6:00 p.m., you must notify the hotel in advance (by telephone).

Drivers
You will receive directions with your hotel notification.

Air travelers
The nearest airport is Nuremberg. From there, take the subway or taxi to the train station (approx. 45 min.) to Bamberg (take a taxi to the hotel). Or: Fly to Frankfurt. From the airport train station, there is an hourly train to Würzburg, from where you can connect to Bamberg (take a taxi to the hotel).

Train travelers
Purchase a ticket to Bamberg and take a taxi to your hotel.


bus transfer Our contracted company provides transportation between the training hotel and the training location. Please note the timetable.

Confirmation
Your registration becomes binding upon confirmation. You will receive the invoice for the participation fee separately. This is due immediately upon receipt.


Hotel Unless you have any specific requests, we will make a hotel reservation for you in Bamberg at your expense. We will provide you with the address approximately one week before the start of training.

Food & drink
The seminar price includes: drinks, snacks, and lunch, as well as meetings on selected evenings where you can exchange ideas and discuss topics with fellow professionals (see program).


Liability We are only liable within the scope of the statutory provisions, and under no circumstances outside our company premises.

Costs
See schedule and price overview (hotel costs are not included; they must be paid directly to the hotel by the participant).

What to bring
As our specialist training courses also include practical training in the field and on our test tracks, we strongly recommend rainwear and sturdy shoes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment. Otherwise, training equipment will be provided by us.

Registration deadline
Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, no later than 4 weeks before the start of training (receipt by us).

Copyrights
All training materials provided are for the participant's personal use only. Reproduction is only permitted with the approval of SebaKMT.

Changes
SebaKMT reserves the right to make organizational and content changes for important reasons.

Your cancellation
Withdrawal from training must be made in writing and is free of charge if made in good time. If you withdraw less than two weeks before the start of training, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to half of the training fee. If we receive a cancellation less than one week before the start of training, or if a registered participant does not show up for training, the entire fee will be due. Any cancellation costs incurred by the hotel must be borne by you (
). We do not charge any fees for replacement participants.

Our cancellation policy
If the number of participants is too small or if there are other urgent reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the training at short notice. In this case, any training fees already paid will of course be refunded in full. Further claims for damages are excluded.


photography and filming Photography, audio, and filming will take place at the event and will be published in various online and offline media. These recordings will include images of people present at the event, with the selection of individuals being random. The images will be displayed on the SebaKMT® website, in print media, and on social media channels. By entering the event rooms, participants consent to the free publication in the manner described above and to the distribution and/or storage and access to the recorded image, audio, and film material for an unlimited period of time as part of Megger®/SebaKMT®'s public relations work. Personal rights will be protected in all cases. If, in individual cases, participants do not agree to the publication of their image, we ask that they notify the event organizers immediately.
