Registration
Registrations must be submitted in writing and signed. Required information: Name and address of the participant and employer, arrival by train or car, single or twin room, arrival and departure date. Registrations will be processed in the order of receipt and confirmed by us in writing. The number of participants is limited. Data submitted with the registration will be stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
Arrival
We recommend arriving at your hotel one day prior to the start of the training. Any arrival later than 6:00 PM must be communicated to the hotel in advance (by phone).
Car Travelers
You will receive directions with your hotel confirmation.
Air Travelers
The nearest airport is Nuremberg. From there, take the subway or a taxi to the train station (approx. 45 min.) to Bamberg (then a taxi to the hotel). Alternatively: Fly to Frankfurt. From the airport's long-distance train station, a train departs hourly to Würzburg, from where you have a connection to Bamberg (then a taxi to the hotel).
Train Travelers
Purchase your ticket to Bamberg and take a taxi to your hotel.
Bus Transfer
Our contracted company operates a shuttle service between the training hotel and the training venue. Please consult the timetable.
Confirmation
Upon confirmation, your registration becomes binding. You will receive the invoice for the participation fee separately. This is due immediately upon receipt.
Hotel
Unless you have specific preferences, we will make the hotel reservation for you in Bamberg at your expense. We will inform you of the address approximately one week before the training begins.
Food & Beverages
Included in the seminar fee are: beverages, snacks, and lunch, as well as networking opportunities on selected evenings where you can exchange ideas and discuss with fellow professionals (see program).
Liability
Our liability is limited to statutory provisions and under no circumstances extends beyond our company premises.
Costs
Refer to the schedule and price overview (hotel costs are not included and must be paid directly to the hotel by the participant).
What to Bring
As our specialized trainings include practical field exercises and activities on our test tracks, we strongly recommend rain gear and sturdy footwear. You are welcome to bring your own equipment; otherwise, practice equipment will be provided by us.
Registration Deadline
Upon reaching the maximum number of participants, or at the latest, 4 weeks before the start of the training (receipt by us).
Services Included
Training participation, training materials, lunch, refreshments during breaks, bus transfer to and from the training hotel, invitation to evening events with cultural programs, and complimentary parking on SebaKMT company premises.
Copyrights
All provided training materials are exclusively for the participant's personal use. Reproduction is permitted only with the express authorization of SebaKMT.
Amendments
SebaKMT reserves the right to make organizational and content-related changes for important reasons.
Participant Cancellation
Withdrawal from the training must be submitted in writing and is free of charge if received in a timely manner. For withdrawals received less than two weeks before the start of the training, we must charge a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the training fee. If a cancellation is received less than one week before the start of the training, or if a registered participant fails to attend, the full fee will be due. Any cancellation costs incurred by the hotel must be borne by you.
No fees will be charged for substitute participants.
Our Cancellation
In the event of insufficient participant numbers or other urgent reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the training, even at short notice. Any training fees already paid will, of course, be fully refunded in such cases. Further claims for damages are excluded.
Photo and Film Recordings
During the event, photographs, audio, and video recordings will be made and published in various online and offline media. These recordings may include visual representations of attendees, with individuals selected randomly. Images will be displayed on the SebaKMT® homepage, in print media, and on social media channels. By entering the event premises, participants consent to the free publication, distribution, and/or unlimited storage and accessibility of the recorded image, audio, and video material in the aforementioned manner, as part of Megger®/SebaKMT®'s public relations activities. Personal rights will be respected in all cases. Should a participant not agree to the publication of their image in an individual case, we kindly request immediate notification to the event organizers.
